By accessing Terra Nova’s website, Discord community, Minecraft server, or associated services, you agree to these Terms and the current Server Rules.
Age requirement
Terra Nova is an adults-only community. You must be at least 18 years old to join or play. Underage accounts may be removed without warning.
Fair play and non-commercial gameplay
Terra Nova does not sell ranks, kits, items, moderation influence, or any in-game advantage. Access and progression cannot be purchased.
Voluntary donations
Players may voluntarily support server operating costs through our external Donorbox page. Donations do not grant ranks, items, priority treatment, rule exemptions, governance rights, or gameplay advantages. Donorbox and its payment processors—not Terra Nova’s website—handle payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Community conduct
You must behave respectfully, avoid griefing and stealing, obtain consent for PvP, protect server performance, and follow staff instructions and the published Server Rules.
Moderation and enforcement
The moderation team may investigate conduct, restore damage, restrict access, or temporarily or permanently remove players when necessary to enforce these Terms and the Server Rules. Staff decisions may consider the severity, context, and history of conduct.
World continuity and inactivity
Terra Nova aims to preserve its worlds rather than perform routine resets. This commitment does not prevent technical maintenance, emergency recovery, planned era transitions, or action on inactive-player property. Players absent for an extended period may be contacted through Discord. Without a response, their bases, shops, farms, builds, or progression may be auctioned, reassigned, archived, or removed.
Third-party services
Terra Nova links to services operated by others, including Discord, Donorbox, Google Drive, Instagram, MC Heads, and Minecraft-related resources. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website or server features when operationally necessary. These Terms may also be updated; continued use after publication of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
