🏗️ Base Building Rules
🌆 Bases must be greater than 1,000 blocks from the Shopping District or other restricted areas.
📍 Use the Claims channel on discord to Claim an area for yourself (Map Coordinates).
📏 Maintain respectable distance from other players Bases
🧱 Respect boundaries and maintain open communication with fellow community members.
🚧 Do not build under or over other players’ shops, bases, or homes without their explicit consent.
👷 Always ensure you have permission before altering or constructing anything near another player’s property.

📍 Use the Claims channel on discord to Claim an area for yourself (Map Coordinates).

🛍️ Shopping District Rules
🌆 Bases must be outside the main islands where the Shopping District & Enchanted Reserve are located.
🏰 The Shopping District made by Medieval Buildings and it’s centred in the map (check Map for reference).
🏪 To Claim a spot and get authorization for a Shop. A ticket must be submitted and approved on discord.
🏢 Buildings must have a Medieval style and be no more than 35 blocks tall. Prominent buildings require approval from the Lords.
🏗️ Upon claiming a spot in the Shopping District, a player must begin constructing their shop within 1 week. Empty plots, especially those with villagers, are not permitted.
📦 All stores within the Shopping District must be adequately maintained and stocked. Should a shop remain inactive for a period of 1 month, the server administration reserves the right to either auction off, resell, or reassign the shop to another player.

⛏️ Resource Gathering Rules
🌎 Overworld Resource Gathering
Large quantities of sand may only be obtained from the server’s sand quarry (Check Map for Info).
Harvest Sustainably when possible. (Replant saplings, etc)
TNT World Eaters, Tunnel Bores, and TNT Duping for Diamond and Netherite mining are not allowed!🔥 Standard Nether Rules
🗺️ Nether Roof Travel: Travelling along the nether roof is permitted and suggested. Portals located here must have a sign with its owner`s name and/or destination.
🚫 Farming & Exploring ONLY: The standard nether is for building player farms, exploring, and looting structures.
⚒️ No Mining or Large-Scale Destruction: Please refrain from mining or causing large-scale destruction in this Nether.
❌ No Regular Resets: This nether will not experience standard yearly resets. Chunks will only be regenerated following standard overworld chunk regen rules
🚫 Farming & Exploring ONLY: The standard nether is for building player farms, exploring, and looting structures.

🏭 No Builds Saved: Builds, farms, or bases in the Nether Quarry will not be saved during resets.
📟 New Seed with Each Reset: A new Nether seed will be used with each reset to avoid exploits.
🚪 No Nether Portals: Creating Nether Portals in the Nether Quarry is strictly forbidden.
📅 Annual Resets: The Nether Quarry will reset approximately every 6 months.
🏭 No Builds Saved: Builds, farms, or bases in the Nether Quarry will not be saved during resets.

🏃 Inactivity Warning
📨 Players who are inactive for an extended period of time will be contacted via discord. If there is no response. The server admins reserve the right to; Auction Off, Resell, Reassign, or Wipe a players Bases / Shops / Farms / Builds as they see fit.
✈️ Players who foresee being away from the game for an extended period are encouraged to contact the Lords or Knights through a Discord ticket. If you communicate with us we can halt the inactivity process.
❌ Players who are no longer present within Discord will NOT be given a grace period, Server administrators will immediately begin inactivity proceedings.
☠️ This process is non-reversible, So communication is KEY to prevent it.
